KMJ Properties was started in 1998 by Keith and Michelle Jantz with a few buildings in downtown Ennis, TX.  After selling their auto parts business, additional properties were purchased and new buildings constructed to meet growing demand for retail/office/shop/warehouse space.  

 

With a growing group of great customers and properties to care for, their son Nate was brought on to manage day to day operations.  

 

As the company continues to grow, a great importance is placed on having well-maintained properties, long-term relationships with customers and contractors, all while taking a family based “hands-on” approach.
